Rustic Yet Luxurious: James Hardie® Artisan® Shingles

James Hardie®, the leading name in fiber cement siding, launched their luxury siding line, Aspyre®, in late 2018. This product line aims to give homeowners the choice of premium siding combined with the durability and performance that James Hardie siding is known for. This year, a new siding profile, Artisan® Siding, is being added to this collection. Read on as PJ Sullivan Exteriors shares a look at this rustic yet luxurious new siding.

James Hardie® Artisan® Shingles

Artisan Shingle

The Artisan Shingle is designed to emulate cedar shingle siding, including its width, pattern and color. Each panel measures 5/8 inches thick, and is available primed for paint or a ColorPlus® Technology blends. The latter features a two-tone color scheme that emulates the look of aged paint on cedar siding.

James Hardie products are engineered for the local climate, which means Artisan Shingles will be available in HZ5® zones, which cover the Northeast, Midwest, the Great Plains and Canada. Other options in the Aspyre Collection include Artisan siding, with its thick, distinctive profiles, and the Reveal® Panel System, with is smooth geometric styles. The Aspyre Collection gives architects and designers the ability to create a variety of designs that range from traditional to modern.
